From the days of BSB, NSYNC, and Britney comes the girl group Innosense! Member Veronica Davidson (formerly Finn) is here to get nostalgic with me. She replaced Britney Spears in the group, and was Justin Timberlake's first girlfriend. She shares stories of fun times, meeting artists like Pink, the Britney sleepover, and we celebrate her successful career post-Innosense.

TikTok and IG creator @retro.avocado AKA Janine DeMichele Baggett is my guest, as we share experiences of growing up in a Christian household. We have common ground in that we were limited to what we were allowed to listen to in music. Janine loved the music of Stacie Orrico, and we talk about her song catalogue and her influence on us. With over 18.5M likes on TikTok for her fun, retro videos, Janine is one to follow!

Episode 204 - Kideo

My guest Lyndsay owns the TikTok channel "Nostalgia Canadiana", and posts the best VHS finds. She informed me of a group I had no idea existed: KIDEO! 3 talented rock musicians who made a children's TV show on YTV and other international outlets. Both Rush and a Blue Jays pitcher made music with them. We also talk EP/LP/SP speeds and retro commercials.

Eric, Tim, and Joe from "Somewhere In Time Podcast" are here to discuss the band that has been credited with influencing Nu-Metal and blew up the scene in the early '90's - Faith No More. Vocalist Mike Patton has been labeled as one of the greatest rock singers ever. We talk about his gross stage antics, their beef with GNR and RHCP, Mr. Bungle, and how the band seemed to not get along.

My guest Joe Valenzuela of Milk Carton Pop Stars blog is here to chat about Deee-Lite! I considered them crazy weird when they debuted in 1990 with the smash hit "Groove Is In The Heart", but that song has lasted over the decades and now has a solid place in dance music history. We talk about members Lady Miss Kier, DJ Dmitri, and Towa Tei, their collab with Bootsy Collins, long jewel boxes for CD's, and more!

I also debut a new segment where I chat with Gen Z and younger Millennials about their 90's knowledge.
